1Create file with nanoCurrent Step

Run:

nano my_first_file.txt

In the nano editor: type some text → Ctrl+O to save → Enter to confirm → Ctrl+X to exit.

2Verify nano filePending

Run both:

cat my_first_file.txt

ls -l my_first_file.txt

3Create file with vimPending

Run:

vim my_second_file.txt

In vim: press i to insert → type text → press ESC → type :wq to save and quit.

4Advanced vimPending

Run:

vim my_second_file.txt

Use dd (Delete Line) → u (Undo) → type :set number → type :wq.

5Verify all filesPending

Run all three:

cat my_first_file.txt

cat my_second_file.txt

ls -l *.txt
