Top header (always visible): File, Home, Instructions, Progress
Command bar (below header): New Email, Signatures, Rules, Out of Office, Delegates, Calendar, Templates
Close backstage: Click the "Home" tab in the header OR press ESC
đ PART 1: Add Shared Mailbox (Steps 1-2)
1ī¸âŖ Click "File" tab in the top header
â This opens the blue backstage area
â You'll see "Add Shared Mailbox" section
2ī¸âŖ Enter email: support@blockshell.app
â Click "â Add Mailbox" button
â Wait for success message
â Click "Home" tab to close backstage
âī¸ PART 2: Admin Configuration (Steps 3-7)
3ī¸âŖ Click "âī¸ Signatures" in command bar
â Give it a name (e.g., "My Signature")
â Type your signature in the text box
â Click "Save Signature"
4ī¸âŖ Click "đī¸ Out of Office" in command bar
â Check "Send automatic replies"
â Fill both internal AND external message boxes
â Click "Save Settings"
5ī¸âŖ Click "đĨ Delegates" in command bar
â Click "â Add Delegate"
â Choose any person from dropdown
â Select at least one permission (Calendar or Inbox)
â Click "Add Delegate"

â Enter rule name, sender email, and choose a folder
â Click "Create Rule"

â Wait for "installed" message

â Click "Home" tab to close backstage
đ§ PART 4: Send Email (Steps 10-14)
đ Click "đ Templates" in command bar
â Enter template name
â Subject and body are already filled (you can change them)
â Click "Save Template"

â Compose window opens
1ī¸âŖ2ī¸âŖ Click the "From" dropdown â Select "Customer Support"
â Must select the shared mailbox, not your personal account
1ī¸âŖ3ī¸âŖ Fill in "To:" with any valid email (e.g., test@example.com)
â Fill in "Subject:" with any text
â Optional: Click "Use Template" button to fill body automatically
